If you want to go for CSE, then NIT Calicut is the best option among them, as it is a government institute and the fees also very less there. For further detail you can check NITC website you will get the detail of placement there. The user recommends following institutes.

As according to current scenario, I'll prefer you to opt for the NIT-Trichy for the B.Tech in metallury, chemcial from Rourkela,as in this college you will find the best faculty, infra and placements as compared to other colleges that you have mentioned above.

NIT-Rourkela is one of the best branches. For general category candidates, to qualify for admissions to NIT, they should have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam. For SC/ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is 65% marks in class 12th. It has the highest placement record which gives 100% placement to the students.
