Swami Vivekananda does not offer BA course. I don't think so that they have a center in Kolkata.
I would suggest you to contact the college to verify the same.

Yes, it is a good college. It is affordable, as the college fees is only INR 2.00 lacs for the entire course, and the average pay package is INR 3.00 lacs, hence return on investment is good. A minimum of 50% marks is required in graduation, and entrance exams need to be cleared. Thanks and all the best.

I guess, you want to get a migration into SVU to complete your law course. It depends on university to university if they accept migrations and the procedures also. You will have to contact their administration to know their process.
