Yes, MBA at Glocal University is better than Mangalayatan University:The highest package is 18lpa in Glocal University whereas in Mangalayatan University 4.8 lpa.Total fee also less in Glocal University.Glocal University accept GMAT, MAT, CAT whereas Mangalayatan University only con side MUJEE exam.

To decide whether a college is best or not, it depends on various factors:The campus is spread over 350 acres, includes good laboratories, libraries, sports complex and hostels.The fee sturcture is relatively high compared to other universities in Saharanpur.The university offers a wide range of courses in various diciplines like engineering, managemenent, law, journalism and more.In 2021 the placement rate was 45% for UG students.The average package is 4.5lpa and the highest package is 18lpa.

Yes you can ger enrolled in MBA at glocal university even with the 70% marks in 12th boards but you need to first give the entrance exams for enrollment of the MBA course otherwise you'll not get the admissionGlocal University MBA admission is done thorugh CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ CMAT/ GAT scores.You can check about these exams on Shiksha website.
