Yes, indeed Government College of Engineering or GCE Karad is one of the good colleges for engineering studies. Quality of existing course: The college provides good academic streams, well-experienced teaching staff and better infrastructural facilities. It is located below Shivaji University, Kolhapur and provides various undergraduate and post graduate courses. In the employment sector, GCE Karad has pulled through in providing placement to many of their students to companies such as TCS and Wipro. Also, as government institutions, they make their education relatively cheap while at the same time, offering quality education.

Dhananjayrao Gadgil College of Commerce provides a Master of Commerce with different streams and Business Administration is one of them but I could not get any detailed information about Master of Personal Management. Total student enrollment is 2761 and the college has 67 employees of faculty. For postgraduate courses, both options are essential, but only students with the corresponding Bachelor's degrees are accepted. The college offers full-time courses in commerce and computer applications and has sixteen courses approved which include undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
