The application process conducted by the institute is offline only. For admission in B.Sc., the candidate must have scored 50% in 10+2 with English as a main subject from any recognised Board. The selection of the candidates in B.Sc. is based on the score in NCHMCET-JEE .

It is a great dream to get into an Institute of IHM! First, you have to qualify by passing 12th standard with English as one of your core subjects. To gain undergraduate admission students must take National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHM JEE). The cutoff rank for the year 2024 for the IHM (Institute of Hotel Management), Shillong with respect to NCHMCT JEE is 6115 for round 1 and 9829 for round 2 for all students belonging to general category                                              Hope this helps
