Admission requirements to apply to NUS differ with the education board you are currently enrolled with . If you are a Central and ISCE Boards student you need not take the SAT or ACT. However if you are pursuing your 12th from a state board you must take SAT or ACT. English language tests such as IELTS or TOEFL are not required.

Hi Shelcia, scholarships are awarded on merit. You must have an outstanding profile to receive one. A timely application also helps. For fees, you must contact the university.

National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University are undoubtedly the best. Singapore Management University also offers a world-class MS Computational and Applied Mathematics degree.

You haven't mentioned which area you are planning to pursue your masters in. Certain programs require a GRE or GMAT or a department specific test. You need to visit the particular department or faculty website for admission requirements.

Lots of Manipal engineering graduates go to Germany for MS. Germany has excellent infrastructure for higher engineering education. Also it is not very expensive. You are advised to evaluate MS in Germany to meet your educational goals.
