Currently, Maharaja Agrasen University has not opened the admission portal for the academic batch 2025. However, it is expected that the university soon open its admission portal and start accepting applications for BSc courses. It is suggested to the prospective candidates that they should check the official website of the university on a regular basis, so they won't skip important updates.

The eligibility criteria for admissions to BSc courses offered at MAU Baddi is different according to specialisation, likewise, for admissions to BSc in Hotel Management and Hospital Administration, candidates must qualify Class 12 from any stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate from respective boards of education. In addition, for BSc in Medical candidates must have passed the Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate, and for BSc in Non-Medical candidates must have completed Class 12 from PCM with at least securing 50% in these subjects.

The fees for BPharm course at Maharaja Agrasen University can be considered affordable when compared to another private universities that provide Pharmacy programme. The tuition fee for the course is INR 4.6 Lacs and recently, the university released the placement statistics that stated the MAU Baddi offers INR 4.8 LPA as an average package to BPharm graduates. Hence, the investment in the course can be justified. However, Affordability can be ascertained by comparing the fees to those of other institutions.

Unfortunately, one cannot become a doctor after graduating from BPharmacy form Maharaja Agrasen University. Because Pharmacy is not synonymous with being a Doctor. One must first complete an MBBS, BDS, or Ayush Doctor programme before one becomes a doctor. BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and additional minimum education certification requirements exist.
