NIT Srinagar appears to offer better placements than IUST. NIT Srinagar has achieved a milestone record of more than 80% placements, with students from various branches securing placements in national and multinational companies. The average package is around 5-6 Lacs per annum, with some students receiving higher packages, such as 18 Lacs per annum in the Electrical Engineering department. The reviews suggest that NIT Srinagar's placement opportunities have also been improving.
