The quality of food at the hostel mess in SMCET is varied greatly in the opinion of students. Students have claimed that satisfactory-quality food was in use, while others said that it had to be improved. The hostels have, on average, about 3.0 out of 5 regarding food. Thus, it meets most of your requirements but lacks variety as well as taste. Visitors might want to come visit the hostel and try the food out themselves or ask some current students for more detailed feedback.
