The highest package offered in the College of Pharmacy, SRM IST, Chennai differs every year because of the industrial demands and performance of graduates. At present, the highest package received by Pharm.D graduates goes around INR 10 to INR 12 Lacs per annum while for B. Pharm and M. Pharm, it varies from INR 4 to INR 8 Lacs per annum. Most of the major pharmaceutical companies and some large hospitals and other healthcare organizations conduct campus placement, so employment opportunities do exist for the students.
