According to the information gathered from the official website of the Anna University, the classes are usually scheduled between 08:30 AM to 04:45 PM with a lunch break from 12:15 PM to 01:10 PM. Additional;y, classes shall be scheduled in the morning and evening hours at the convenience of the course Instructor. The regular classes are scheduled in a five-day week, from Monday to Friday. However, the instructors may schedule some additional classes/ exams/ activities at the weekends too.
