The registration process of TU is very simple and initially you have to fill your basic details and verify the account with mobile number.
1.Login to your TEZU ADMISSION dashboard
2. Click New Application
3. Select course
4. Check Eligibility
5. Proceed with Application process
6. Carefully fill-out all details
7. Upload necessary self-attested documents
8. Pay Application fee using online payment gateway
9. Submit Application
In course selection, you have to select Integrated B.Sc. B.Ed.

3. Select course
4. Check Eligibility
5. Proceed with Application process
6. Carefully fill-out all details

It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in pursuing your M Tech in information technology. This, of course, is the branch which is preferred by the majority of students and hence there will be tough competition. Due to this, it's difficult to guess as to at what score of GATE 2020 admission will close in different colleges. I can give you more details about one side.
If you are passionate about computer science and want to do research and create something new, you'll definitely not regret leaving and joining IIIT-D.
You'll get the chance to work at cutting edge things, go deep into computer science and acquire deep technical knowledge of a variety of domains (and the way YOU want them. The curriculum provides a lot of flexibility). If you want to work in the technical industry/research industry and learn, you would not regret joining IIIT-Delhi.
If not, IIIT-D will probably still be a cool (but hard) place to kick it but I'd need more details of what you wan

Tezpur University does not have BBA+MBA Integrated course.

If they provide integrated course then definitely you can apply. The integrated M.Sc. + B.Ed in chemistry, the process is you have to appear for CUCET and admission is based on the counseling and score obtained in CUCET.
