Your score is very good at intermediate board exams and also well at Jee Main, so you have a huge chance of getting a seat in SASTRA University at any campuses. Both JEE Main and 12th grade will be considered half half and according to your scores , you may get a seat in EE,MECH,CIVIL and other branches. So, I suggest you to apply for all the intrested branches with a list of priortirised order starting from CSE and your  choice goes . The number of applicants applying for a particular campus and particular branch will be taken into consideration and a list will be sorted as per the jee results and 12th board results and the both results will be merged and will prepare a short list on based crises. So, you had a big chance of getting a seat in SASTRA University at any campus of your choice. 

Jee Main result and 12th grade results will be taken into consideration equally by 50/100 each . ECE branch is the top most second branch in the SASTRA UNIVERSITY . According to your result, you may or may not get seat in the main campus ECE branch but you may get  seat in the other branches of SASTRA UNIVERSITY. The number of applicants and their results will be taken into consideration and no reservations will be taken into consideration and only AIR rank will be taken from JEE Mains and 12th grade result will be taken. As per your rank, you may better try also for some other branches in  SASTRA UNIVERSITY like EEE, MECH, CIVIL, BIOTECHNOLOGY. There is a oppurtunity for the studets in SASTRA is that, we can change our group/branch after the two sems/ one year as per  the percentage of the 1st year. SASTRA University takes the cutoff for admission in B.TECH as follows-If a student secures a JEE Main Score of 185 and normalized +2 total marks of 95%, the combined score of the student will be (0.25*185)+(0.75*95) = 117.50. They ask applicants to submit the JEE scores in the application form even if they are not qualified for the Advanced or they don't have the cut-off prescribed by MHRD. SASTRA does not use the CBSE cut-off for its admission but its own ranks calculated based on +2 marks and JEE (Main) scores.As you have 90% in board exam you can easily get ECE branch at SASTRA University, Kumbakonam campus. But you should try for their main campus.
