For instance, IIIT Hyderabad accepts admissions through JEE (Main) Score.No, you cannot take admission based on any other entrance exams.

Admission to B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering at SASTRA University is not made based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam. To be eligible for the course, the candidate must have passed class 12th in a relevant stream from a reputed board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
