After completion of the Bachelor's degree, you can apply for LL.B. Degree at DU. You need to fulfill the eligibility criteria as well.

I would suggest NIT-Agartala over ICFAI for M.Sc in Maths. Not only this is a government college, but also the course fee is way less than ICFAI.

To take admission in integrated B.Sc+M.Sc you need to clear your 12th with 55% aggregate. Eligible candidates need to appear for the entrance exam conducted by Tripura University, called TUET.
Admission is based on the score obtained in the entrance exam.
