Yes, international students can work part-time while studying at London Metropolitan University. Students are allowed to work up to 20 hours per week during the term and full-time during holidays. Students with a short-term study visa are not allowed to work. Some of the popular part-time jobs in the UK for international students are Teaching Assistant, Tutor, Event Planner, Barista, Library Assistant, etc.

The university generally aims to make a decision within 2-3 weeks of the receipt of the application form, though processing times may vary depending on the time of the year. The university notifies in writing about the decision. If students have applied via UCAS for a UG course, students must bear in mind that it may take up to 2-3 weeks for UCAS to send London Met the students' application details.
