Swansea University generally does not set fixed dates for applying since most the undergraduate and postgraduate courses follow the rolling admissions model. Still, Indian students are requested to apply much in advance because the first application round via UCAS for undergrad courses is up by 31st January for preferred programmes and accommodations.
