Mohammad Ali Jauhar University (MAJU) is average university in Uttar Pradesh, and hence its ranks are low amongst its peers. It offers lots of programs but cannot deliver high placements. The highest salary package for MBA graduates is around INR 15 LPA, while the lowest is INR 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Syngenta, Bayer, and Lupin, which recruit students from the university campus. About 40% of students get placements, and about 90% go for internships. Though MAJU offers education, its overall reputation in terms of academics and placement achievements is not close to leading institutions in the state.

Mohammad Ali Jauhar University is offering many courses of distinction. B.Tech in engineering disciplines is very popular owing to the holistic and industry-friendly curriculum. The MBA programme is also held in much value as it is specifically prepared to focus on management skills along with business acumen. The B.Pharma course, too, is in much demand due to the rising healthcare demands. Since 2006, the UGC recognised the university, learning is combined with the practical experience in coursework; that has earned the same number one ranking among all that seek quality education in Rampur.
