Engineering colleges are giving admission on the basis of only PCM percentage they are not caring about your total percentage. And, 46% is very less. In most of Universities the minimum criteria for admission in Engineering is 50% in PCM in class 12th. There is another option for you to do Diploma in Engineering (Polytechnic), which is quite similar to Graduation in Engineering ( B.Tech or BE ). I don't think that you will get any Good engineering college by this marks Please reconsider the engineering option. BBA/ BMM/ LAW/ BA Economics/ BA English, Hotel management and many more. Yes, you can definitely apply for this course as animation certificate courses provided by these institutes don't have a very stringent eligibility criterion.

Hi,The eligibility criteria for BPT course in Bundelkhand University is class 12th with PCB with minimum 17 years of age and selection is based on the basis of merit in the previous qualifying examination. For the cutoff please check the official website of the college. Hope this helps.
