However, it does offer scholarships and fee reductions based on caste, category, and other factors like UP Scholarship: Available to students who are admitted through direct or counseling .Pragati Scholarship: Available to girls from families with only two children, and who have scored well in 12th class .Fee concession: Available to students who have won prizes, medals, or ranks at the state, national, or international level.

Generally the hostel mess food at IMS Engineering College is considered as Good, most of the reviewers say the quality of food at the hostel mess and canteen of IMS Engineering College is good. But there are some who opposes it but it is not that bad

IMS Engineering College has a well maitained campus with a variety of facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, a library, and sports facilities. Yes, whomever have completed their class 12 with the Science stream can opt for a degree in BTech without JEE Main or any other entrance exam scores with the criteria that you must have passed the 10+2 exam or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. But the chances to get admission is slightly different comparing to the entrance exam qualified student

The selection criteria for B.E and BTECH at IMS Engineering College is you must have passed the 10+2 exam or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, for B.Tech in Bio-Technology you must have passed the 10+2 exam or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics or Biology as compulsory subjects.
