You may find out if GBP University provides online services for alumni in order to receive your degree certificate, which you finished in 1988. For such requests, institutions typically provide an online application process or an alumni site. It's possible that you'll need to submit identification, academic records, and maybe even money. In the event that online services are not available, you can get information on the process of getting your degree certificate directly from the university by calling or emailing the examination or alumni office.

You do not fulfil the eligibility hence, I would suggest that you reach out to LPU officials for more info. LPU offers over 150 programs in various disciplines.
