You will have to consider a few factors before making the decision between a B.Tech at St. Francis Xavier University, Canada & IIT Roorkee, India -1) Reputation - IIT Roorkee is highly regarded as one of India's top technical institutes, known for its excellent academic standing both within the country and outside. StFX is a well-respected liberal arts university in Canada.
