No, you cannot take direct admission in Government College of Haldwani, Uttarakhand. Admission to all courses offered by the college is through NEET-UG. The college does not offer any management quota seats.

No, there no any compulsory to stay in the hostel, if you are day scholar you can get education here .By chances if you do not like to the college hostel, you have many PG's such as The pearl, Kolasal-Your Divine Abode Paying Guest/Hostels and many more you can see your comfortableness and you can stay there.
