GSFC University courses fee is regulated by FRC of Gujarat, who have alreadyconducted inspection and fixed the fees, which can be seen on ACPC web site. The fee structurefor other non- regulated programs is updated on university website regularly based on Board ofManagement approvals.

Students seeking cancellation of admission are eligible for refund of academic fee. In case of any admission cancelled before the commencement of classes, students will be refunded fees after deducting INR 1000 towards administrative cost. Any admission cancelled after the commencement of classes shall not be entitled for refund of fees. Fees will be refunded in case the University has exercised the waiting list to fill the particular seat. The decision of themanagement of the GSFC University shall be final in all cases of fee refund.

Yes, BBMSU Baroda has an online fee payment portal. The university offers one platform for candidates to submit any course fees. To access the portal, candidates need to visit the BMSU Baroda website and click on the online fee payment tab. Here, students can choose the courses they want to enroll in and proceed with the payment. It will redirect candidates to a payment gateway, where they can pay the fees using a debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.

In case of Refund for fraudulent/duplicate transaction, candidates are required to directly contact to the university. In case misuse of Card/ Bank details by a fraudulent individual/party and such issues shall be suitably addressed by M S University of Baroda alone in line with their policies and rules.

The refund shall be made in allowed cases within 30 days as per rules & regulations of the MS University of Baroda. No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider (s) and in the event such claim is made it shall not be entertained. Additionally, In case of cancellation of Hostel Admissions, refund of hostel fees/deposit shall be as per the rules & regulations of the hostel management policy of the university mentioned on the hostel admission portal.
