Online application submission has already began from October, 2023. As per the website the last date to apply is in the month of January, 2024.

Institute of Management Studies BHU (FMS BHU) Admissions to MBA and MBA (IB) programmes are made on the basis of combined merit of Written Test (CAT conducted by IIM)-50% weightage; Academic records-20% weightage, Group discussion and Interview (conducted by FMS, BHU)- 30% weightage. To apply for the CAT exam candidates must qualify the eligibility criteria i.e. Bachelor's Degree with 50% aggregate from any recognised Institution.

However, before applying to CAT, candidates must have UG or PG degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST category students) in order to get admission in FMS BHU.
