There are less chances of getting admission there as the cutoffs for last year, the closing rank for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery was 263256 which is very close to your rank range1. In 2021, the closing rank for medical courses. under general category for all India quota was 10691. In 2022, it increased to 49596.
