Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU will release 4-5 rounds of NEET cutoffs for admission to medical courses. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:The NEET score of the candidateThe category of the candidateThe number of seats available in the courseCandidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU other than General category are - 1679 for OBC, 56587 for SC, 96058 for ST, 1442 for EWS, and 72502 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in NEET exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State.

The cutoff trend for medical Courses at Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for medical courses. under general category for all India quota was 17253. In 2022, it decreased to 2735. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 15768 to 1679 for OBC, 94432 to 56587 for SC, 107464 to 96058 for ST,   and15185 to 1442 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for medical education in India continues to grow.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 866 and closing rank was 2735. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam NEET. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

For 2022, cut off was 47464 for General category candidates in All India quota for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences And Research, New Delhi. NEET cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

IIT Varanasi offers admission to the BTech course on the basis of JEE Advanced scores, followed by JoSAA counselling. JEE Advanced Round 1 cutoff 2023 was released on June 30. As per the Round 1 cutoff, the closing rank was 1010 for Electronics BHU BTech CSE course for the General category students.    For 2022 and 2021, the Round 1 closing ranks were 858 and 836, respectively for IIT Varanasi CSE course. The cutoff trend for medical Courses at KIMS - Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for medical courses. under general category for all India quota was 4572. In 2022, it increased to 263256.
