IIT Kanpur is better than IIT BHU according to ranking but all iits are best in their own, depends upon the branch you got in IIT BHU I. e. you have two option let assume textile in Kanpur and ECE in IIT bhu then afcourse IIT bhu ECE is better option.

Your Question is not very clear. If you are asking how to get admission into IIT (BHU) B Pharma, then there is no such course at IIT (BHU), Although there is B.Tech. in Pharmaceutical Engineering which is offered through JEE Advanced.

This course is not offered at IIT (BHU), rather offered at BHU, which is a different organisation altogether.

First of all, You have not mentioned, in which year you are studying like the first year, second year, or third year. However, Yes, you can withdraw your admission from Sunbeam Women's college Varanasi from the BBA course. The procedure for admission withdrawal is,
1- You need to visit the college.
2- Write an application letter to the principal.
3- Then go to the principal room.
4- If the principal approved your letter, then you are eligible to withdraw your admission.
5- Refundable Fees are decided by the principal. I hope this will help you.

Firstly you must pass Bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate to be eligible for PG admission. Admission into PG courses is purely based on the Postgraduate Entrance Test (PET) conducted by the University.
