Yes, Banaras Hindu University is usually open for all to visit. As per the information collated from web, non-BHU students can also visit and explore the campus. However, some of the areas such as library might be restricted for students. Hostels are only available for students pursuing a course from the university. BHU provides a hostel to 50% of students via entrance results.

The latest cutoff information for B.A. in Political Science at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP), Varanasi, is not yet officially released for 2024.
