It is difficult to answer the question. BHU offers a lot of courses and selection in BHU depends on the no. of seats a particular course has but your secured rank is much higher so it seems difficult to get admission unless you are having any quota.

Yes, you can get admission. Your counseling form will be available online only when you log into your portal. After you have been allotted a seat, you will have the option to fill that form.

Hi, based on previous year cut-off, if you belong to reserved category, then there is slight possibility of getting admission but if you're a general then it seems a little difficult.

Your marks seem pretty good. I think you should be able to make it, although the cut off of BHU goes very high. Just keep pace with the counselling process till the end. I hope you should be able to make it.
