To get a seat in IIT Varanasi for M.Sc courses, the student must attain a qualified rank in IIT JAM. As per the IIT Varanasi JAM Cutoff 2024, the Cutoff was released for MSc in Physics and MSc in Chemistry. The last round closing Cutoff rank for MSc in Physics for the General AI category closed at 422. For admission into MSc in Physics, for the General AI category, the last-round closing cutoff closed at 387. For the OBC AI category candiates, the cutoff to secure a seat in MSc in Physics was 641, during the last round cutoff. For MSc in Chemistry, the Cutoff for the OBC AI category stood at 673.

For the General AI category candidates, the Cutoff ranks for different specialisations ranged between 1071 and 22390. As per the IIT Varanasi Cutoff 2023 for BTech/Integrated BTech/BArch courses, the cutoff ranks for different specialisations closed at a range of 1079 and 24641. The JEE Advanced last-round closing rank to get admission into IIT Varanasi for BTech in Electrical Engineering for the General AI category candidates stood at 3608. For the OBC AI category candidates, the Cutoff rank to get BTech in Electrical Engineering stood at 3404. For admission to BTech in Mechanical Engineering among the General AI category candidates, the last-round closing rank was 6596. For the OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff to secure a seat in Mechanical Engineering was 2829.

Yes, Faculty of Law BHU LLB (Hons) course aspirants can apply for the university scholarships. To avail of a scholarship, the necessary documents have to be submitted. Below are the scholarships details:A maximum of 20 blind students can get an amount of INR 5,000 per annum per head as financial assistance.First and second rank holders are awarded a cash prize of INR 4,000 and INR 3,000, respectively.An amount of INR 2,000 per annum is granted as assistance to students with a poor family background. It is available for 100 students.

The seat allotment process at the Faculty of Law BHU is done on the basis of merit in CUET-PG. Candidates have to participate in the counselling round to secure a seat. There are a total of 286 seats for the LLB (Hons) programme. This seat count is a per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.
