Master of Science in Integrated Biotechnology
It is geared to the model of sustainability and also develops concepts ensuring ecological and social compatibility. The duration of the course is two years and syllabus is divided into two semesters M.Sc. Biotechnology: As a minimum criterion of eligibility, aspiring candidates are needed to have attained a Bachelor's degree in any of Physics, Biological Sciences, BAMS, BHMS, BPT and any other related discipline, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.

There are nearly 500 students in this course I think 90 percent of students were placed. The salary package starts at 3 lacs to 20 lacs. Many companies come to vit university like Google, HP, TCS, IBM.
