This would depend on her interest areas and career aspirations. In case she intends to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then M.Tech/ MS ( IT) is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

Obviously, DTU is good for CSE because DTU is a government institution which has a good CSE course curriculum with best CSE faculties.

It is around 1,41,000 in scholarship category 2. It can be less in scholarship category 1 if you have nice rank in VITMEE.

You must have 60 percent in plus two and a rank under 8000 in VITEEE for getting CSE in first category but you can get it up to 30000 VITEEE rank in 5th category, which means more fees.

Usually, the margin is around 3 years, but you can recheck it this year in November when the forms of the colleges arrive.

I think you can for more details please refer to particular college website and you can also check in shiksha for that purpose it shows the courses available in a particular college where you can check the prerequisites of the biotechnology course.

Getting into VIT is easy than NSIT but I'll say both are almost equal. I'll suggest you to go with NSIT if you're talking about government NSIT.

Yes, of course, anyone above 65 percent can apply. It can be also be at 60 percent but you can definitely apply.

Actually I am not aware of this but I have heard that you need to have a source and money for direct admission.
