In VIT Chennai, Bhopal or Amravati you can get biotech but in higher category.

No, you will get only VIT, Chennai or Bhopal or Amravati in that much rank but you can get civil branch in VIT, Vellore that too in a higher category.

You will get civil in that branch for first category and CSE in fifth category in which you have to pay more for that. Hope this helps.
