GIMSR offers MBBS and BSc Paramedical Courses at the UG level. Additionally, the institute also offers Master of Surgery (MS) and Doctor of Medicine (MD) courses at the PG level. The duration of these courses ranges from three to five years. Admission to the MBBS course is through NEET-UG, MD/MS through NEET-PG, and to BSc paramedical courses is through GIM Admission Test or GAT. Based on the candidate's scores on the entrance test, the seat allotment process is carried out.

The business school offers BBA courses in four specialisations, including Business Analytics, Business Administration, and Management Accounting in collaboration with CIMA, UK and BBA in Financial Markets in collaboration with NSE Academy. In order to take admission, aspirants must meet the minimum eligibility requirements for the respective BBA specialisation.
