Please don't consider that cutoff will be same for this year too. It changes every year but there is not much difference.

Last year, the cut-off rank for open category (Male) was 49 and for female, it was 665. So, wait for the cut-off and that'll decide which college you can get.

Yes, you can go for civil engineering. You will find more physics in mechanical branch whereas in civil there is more of calculation and few subjects of mechanical engineering as well. But if you are good in mathematics then you can do any engineering.
