You need to be in top Rank to get CSE at NIT Warangal. The top JEE scorers always opt of either NIT-W or JEE advance. If they are successful in JEE advance then they migrate to IIT . Both are the NIT'S. But, ranking wise obviously NIT-Warangal stands top. It is one among the top 3 NIT'S. Go for it. It is the best college for any branch.
