Yes, you can take admission, only if you have management quota or Trust quota. Otherwise, you have to be appear in WBJEE examination. To get your preferable branch in this university, you have to score 120 out of 200, which will be a good score.

It is very nice to see that you are interested in doing your PG from Jadavpur University. It's very well-known institute of WB. However admissions normally are effected only based on eligibility which is GATE for all students including quota students. Admission in faculty of Arts and Science at Jadhavpur University are based on merit in qualifying exam (10+2 Marks). Hence, no entrance test is there.

B.Sc Hons. Agricultue ( Four years duration) is available at Palli-Siksha Bhavana (Institute of Agriculture) with total intakes of 23 seats (general). The eligibility criteria is given below.
Eligibility criteria : 60% marks at +2 level with a combination of Physics, Chemistry, Biology(Life Science) and any one of the following subjects: Mathematics/ Agronomy /Modern computer application / Computer Science / Statistics.
So from above if your brother is meeting the above eligibility criteria than he can be eligible. for more details please VBU Prospectus 2019.

You have not mentioned about your Bachelor's degree, because Graduation is mandatory for doing the LLB course. However, admission in the three years Law course is done on the basis of rigorous admission test, in which out of thousands of candidates only 80(eighty) lucky students are admitted strictly on the basis of merit. The course requires successful completion of 28 papers over 3 years segregated into 3 yearly examinations conducted by the University. Hence if you are graduate with 45% of marks can participate in University admission test for admission in asked course.

Yes, you can pursue a 3 year LLB course now. You will have to give entrance exam to get admission in this course.

To my surprise, a large number of core companies came to the campus which is shocking because usually this is not seen in any other college you're almost 50% of the students in every batch is placed in corporate IT companies. The core companies which visited the campus during the placement season offer packages of nothing less than 12 Lacs per annum and large number of students are also offered foreign training opportunities which is something really big for an electrical engineering student.
