With this rank 62727, I think you should go for CSE in ASEC. ASEC is a decent college for CSE with decent faculty and placements. It is much better than Asansol and I am sure about it.
Now if you think of going for higher studies you can join AEC but do remember ASEC will have the proximity of Kolkata which might help in getting better coaching for GATE or CAT etc.

The latest cutoff information for M.E. in Electrical Engineering at Jadavpur University:
Opening Rank:159
Closing Rank: 365
But yes, For Jadavpur University your rank should have been at least around 14000 general rank being from Sc category
So, if you want to get into Jadavpur, first sit for WBJEE. To get into JU, you need to get a rank under 1500, If you are going for Electronics, CSE, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation etc., then you need a very decent score, your rank should be under 600 -700.

Now admission at Visva Bharati University to UG, PG, Certificate, and Diploma courses will be based on CUET. It is not mandatory. However, for UG courses, a CUET-UG score is mandatory to take admission and you should have all the basic knowledge of the subject in which you want to take admission.
