In jadavpur university, students are selected based on 50% of 12th boards exam marks and 50% of a entrance exam of 100 marks conducted by the university itself. So, in 2022 the cut off for each categories are :
WBCHSE - 73 for General(14 students), 64.75 for SC (11 students)
CBSE - 78.25 for General (11 students), 74.5 for SC (3 students)
ISC - 79.875 for General (10 students), 71.75 (2 students)
ST - 69.25 (4 students)
OBC A - 64.875 (7 students)
OBC B - 72.75 (5 students)
PD - 59.125 (4 students)

Visva Bharati University offers a two-year MDes programme spread over four semesters under three specialisations. Admission to MDes will be on the basis of marks obtained by students at their UG level. Relaxation is given to OBC, SC, ST & PWD candidates as per the norms set by the Government of India. According to last year data, 60000 rank for sc category was the border or almost closing rank t that too by phase-3 in Telangana. But we cannot say anything for sure as the cut off varies every year. Anyway, you have few chances. But you can easily get a seat. Or a government. Dental seat. Hope this was helpful.

Based on the choices filled, merit ranks, availability of seats, and reservation category, the Telangana MBBS admission will be granted around 5,045 MBBS and 1,140 BDS seats of government and private colleges. There are 3200 MBBS seats available at Telangana 20 non-minority private medical colleges, 1120 of which are in the B-category. If we go through the official website data, we can check there are more than 5000 MBBS seats are likely to be added for coming session 2022-23. MBBS seats increased in 2022 or newly opened medical colleges in India 2022. government.

No you can't join directly ST. Joseph college as they are taking aptitude test and interview & you have too faced more difficulty coz u are not fresher u came to join in the second year so follow the college several steps to take admission in 2nd year for B.Com.
