Abacus Institute of Engineering and Management provides satisfactory placement opportunities, although they may not be as extensive as those at higher-tier institutions. Around 30% of students from your course are placed, with packages varying between four LPA and ten LPA. The average package offered is around five LPA. These placements mainly include companies in the IT, consulting, and management sectors. While the figures indicate a moderate level of success, students need to be proactive in their job search and may benefit from internships and other career development programs to improve their chances.

Abacus Institute of Engineering and Management is generally regarded as a Tier 3 institution, as it does not fall under the prestigious Tier 1 or Tier 2 categories commonly recognised in India. Tier classifications often depend on factors such as academic reputation, research output, infrastructure, and placements. Tier 1 institutions in India are typically known for high national and global rankings, significant research output, and excellent placement records. Tier 2 includes reputed state-level engineering colleges or private institutes with better placement statistics and infrastructure
