IIMC Delhi offers courses at PG level. Hence, the minimum qualification required is graduation to apply for admission. IIMC Delhi offers PG Diploma and MA courses. The institute offers PG Diploma in Journalism (English), Journalism (Hindi), Radio & TV Journalism, Advertising & Public Relations, etc. MA is available in two specialisations at IIMC, namely Strategic Communications and Media Business Studies.

IIMC Delhi has a total of 80 seats in MA course, 40 for each specialisation. The institute offers seats to candidates based on their CUET-PG score. Aspirants can confirm their seat by paying the course fee in MA programme. The final selection is based on CUET-PG score and performance of the candidates in the personal interview round.
