Definitely, there is no comparison between JMIT and Chitkara University. Chitkara University is way far better than JMIT. The exposure you get in Chitkara University is very good and studying in JMIT will not fetch you good package and even the crowd of JMIT is not good! Eligibility Criteria:- A person who has passed any one of the following examinations with English as one of the subjects shall be eligible to join the first year of the Bachelor of Commerce Course. Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 Standard) of Board of School Education, Haryana or an Examination recognized by the Academic Council as equivalent thereto with at least 40% marks in the Commerce Group or 50% marks in Non-Commerce Group (Humanities & Science).

Placements: The placement cell of this college has been quite successful over the years. It makes sure that students get the best job opportunities and the best packages. This college makes sure that all the reputed companies recruit the most efficient and potential students, while the placement cell ensures that students get placed in the best companies with high packages. Infrastructure :The only drawback of the college is its small campus.
