The second counselling round of COMEDK is generally conducted after 15-20 days of the 1st counselling of COMEDK, once online counselling is done you have to go Bangalore for your documents verification.

The COMEDK cutoff varies from college to college so there is no fixed cutoff or passing marks for SC students, but there is a good difference when compared with unreserved category students.

Yes, you can participate as a GM category student in COMEDK counselling process in Karnataka, but it's better for you to participate as an HKR region student because there will be less cutoff and also you will get rebate in the fees.
