No, the PES University Main Campus doesn't take admission via COMEDK score. Now, the college conducts its own exam PESSAT. You can also get into this college via KCET.

I hope you are doing well. You can check the list of colleges including NITs and IIITs that you can get according to your marks and rank. Use Shiksha JEE college predictor:

COMEDK ranking for that score maybe somewhere around 300-400.

With COMEDK, you can get seat in SMIVT mech. branch and civil branch and may Civil in MS Ramaiah.
If you want any better branch, then you have to work hard in 1st year and score 9 CGPA above to change to your choices branch.
And now, if you are willing to change branch and are confident enough that you will work harder the choose MS Ramaiah (any branch) through COMEDK or else, you can choose BIT or MVIT.
Visit the college first to get better knowledge.

According to the cut-off, it varies year, but try to get a decent rank (maybe under 1000), you will surely get your desired branch.
