Congratulations on your score, I can't see your rank this year so I'll put a guess of 4K and in that the best options for you are:
RVCE - Civil - TELECOM (same for BMSCE and MSRIT also).
PESIT - ISE -EC
BIT-IS
Now, you have to choose your plans for the future to decide, but don't decide on a branch, it's either Core- ME/EE/CIVIL, etc., or non-core like CSE, ISE and ECE. It's your call.

The fee might vary from college to college, but the cap put by the university is 1,70,000 per annum. Some colleges take a lesser amount but none of the top 5 colleges does. Being said that, Is it worth? Definitely, you need to see the advantages you get by being in Bangalore itself worth that money. Other than that some colleges have Scholarship programme based on your academic results, so you can work hard and get those as well.

There can be any open comparison between the two but, being said that if you ask about top 5 in KIITEEE, they are no were near top five colleges in Bangalore.
And that comparison holds true for any and all states in India. Bangalore is Silicon Valley of the country, and one thing that is true everywhere is you learn 50% in college and 50% outside.
There are better jobs offered here. The best college in Bangalore (excluding IISc and IIITB ) is PESU with an average placement for CSE above 12 LPA.
Over 100 students get MS offers and all this in just 3-4 years of starting the university. Same goes for South Campus, RVCE MSRIT, BMSCE
