The answer to your question depends on the college you have joined and their policies regarding fee refunds for students who drop out of their courses. Some colleges may refund a portion of the fees paid while others may not refund any fees at all. I suggest you contact your college administration and ask them about their policies on fee refunds for students who drop out of their courses.

It ultimately depends on your personal goals and aspirations. If you are happy with the college that you can get admission to with your COMEDK rank and feel that it will provide you with the education and opportunities that you desire, then there may not be a need to drop a year and attempt the exams again. On the other hand, if you are determined to get into a more prestigious college and believe that you can improve your scores, then you may want to consider taking a drop and preparing for the exams again. It's important to weigh the pros and cons and make a decision that is best for your individual situation.

It's difficult to predict the exact round in which you might get admission to BVB College, Hubli for CS/EC branch with a COMEDK rank of 15411 in the general merit category. However, you have a chance of getting admission to the college in the later rounds of the counseling process. The availability of seats, the number of applicants, and the preferences of other candidates can also affect your chances of getting admission to the college. It's best to keep track of the counseling process and wait for the official announcements.
