Yes, you can and even any state or board student can apply for BHU, but you need to check the eligibility criteria and quota for the students of Uttar Pradesh.

No, there is no course available like M.Tech in banking and finance in India. PG courses are available as:
1. M.Sc. in finance
2. MBA in finance
3. PGDM with finance major
4. MMS in finance
5. PGDM in banking and finance, etc.

A candidate is eligible for admission in BAF (Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) degree course after passing XII standard from a recognized Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with not less than 45% marks in aggregate in the first attempt (40% in case of reserved category). You will be eligible for BAF if you have scored above 45% in XII standard examination.
