Definitely yes, there are colleges (preferably private colleges) that accept admissions in Commerce courses with entrance tests. Admissions in these colleges can be done on the basis of your performances in class 12th and 10th and overall grades. Some may impose limitation on subjects studies in class 12 and the scoring.
