In comparison of these colleges pillai College of arts and commerce and Science for architecture is better college.

Yes you can do B. Ed through distance mode.
B.Ed is a comparitively lower grade degree as it is for undergraduation whereas M.Com (//M.Com) is a masters degree which you have already completed. YOu are very well eligible for B.Ed.
B.Ed course is 2 year course which you can pursue from any institute near you.
General eligibility criteria include:
The minimum qualification required for entry into B . Ed . course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science ( B .Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce ( B .Com.) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks.
However different uniersities have different eligibility criteria.

M.Com Admission 2023 is done based on both merit and entrance exam. Some of the top entrance exams to offer M.Com Admission 2023 are CUET-PG etc. M.Com Admissions usually begin in the month of July at top M.Com Colleges.

For B.Com 70%+ marks are required in 10+2 class, in Commerce stream in SJCC.

I do not have access to the latest fee structure of Sanjivani Arts, Commerce, and Science College for the B.Com program. However, as per the information available on their official website for the 2021-2022 academic year, the fee structure for the B.Com program is as follows:
1st Year: INR 12,625/-
2nd Year: INR 12,265/-
3rd Year: INR 12,265/-

I do not have access to the latest fee structure of Jasani Arts and Commerce College for the B.Com program. However, as per the information available on their official website for the 2021-2022 academic year, the fee structure for the B.Com program is as follows:
1st Year: INR 3,900/-
2nd Year: INR 3,600/-
3rd Year: INR 3,600/-

The fee structure of arts for private colleges ranges from 4 Lakhs per Annum to 5 Lakhs Per Annum for the entire course duration whereas for government colleges it goes around from Rs 14000 to Rs 45,000 per year.
